Pioneer Paving Ltd. was established in 1982 by the owners and are actively involved in the operations of the business and are usually on the job as Estimators and Project Supervisors.

We are proud to have retained core personnel over the years. A roster of long-term employees has grown to include specialized trades people, as well as office administration. All employees are certified to work on Canadian National Rail Company (CNR) and Vancouver International Airport (YVR) property. Also, Pioneer Paving’s team has been security cleared for Industry Canada Federal Corrections.

Building long-term business relationships has helped to establish us in the industry as a solid, hardworking, reliable business with an excellent reputation in the field. A Certificate of Insurance is available confirming $5,000,000 for General Liability and Property Damage Insurance Coverage, along with a Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB) Certificate of Clearance letter.

Pioneer Paving Ltd. has built run-off channels by hand beside stairwells on a mountainside, excavated and retained a hillside to build tennis courts; and hand-built driveways on 26% plus grades. These are just some of the more unusual projects we’ve taken on. We seriously consider all challenging sites and abstract ideas.
